The article refers to Yahoo as the Switzerland of the internet. Yahoo has certainly been working very hard on remaining relevant in the saerch engine race and trying to increase their profile in the mobile phone market. Apple recently has been trying to distance it’s self from Google and this move makes a lot of sense. Google would certainly take a hit if Apple decided to move forward with their relationship with Yahoo. Fortunately for Google they are still the most popular search engine and people might take exception if Apple decides not to offer Google search on their devices.
